Team Dahle recently attended the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency’s West Shore Tahoe Field Tour. The day kicked off at the Tahoe City Transit Center with an informative update from the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and Placer County District 5 Supervisor Cindy Gustafson. Participants then viewed the old burn scar where the Washoe Fire had taken place. This was followed by a tour of Sugar Pine State Park where agencies do prescribed burns of the underbrush to reduce fuel as well as clear the way for natural species to grow back. The day concluded with the Fire Season Community Meeting.
