I had the honor to swear-in the Senators at the FFA Leadership Experience so they can discuss the issues facing California, including the importance of agriculture to the state.

California's 1st Senate District contains all or portions of 15 counties, including Alpine, El Dorado, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, Sierra, Siskiyou, and Shasta. Also serving deferred areas of Tehama, Butte, Colusa, and Glenn counties.
