Shasta County Courthouse Dedication

During the dedication ceremony of the newly opened Shasta County Courthouse, Patricia Guerrero, Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court, delivered a speech in which she emphasized the significance of the courthouse for the local community highlighting the importance of the courthouse in upholding justice.
