With a tireless passion and commitment to public service, Brian Nestande built a legacy that was rooted in his love for his community. He championed and supported policies to enhance education, protect California’s youth and foster children, and promote greater transparency in government. Following his tenure in the Assembly, he continued his advocacy for the Coachella Valley, serving as Riverside County administrator. Brian was a dedicated mentor, friend, husband and father. His presence brought light and joy into many lives, and we will never forget his remarkable legacy. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the entire Nestande family during this difficult time.
