Senate Bill 1368 seeks to end a State of Emergency order after 45 days, unless the Legislature allows for an extension. Californians have been under State of Emergency for over two years, suffering from the loss of their freedoms, businesses and jobs. It's time for the Legislature to engage.

California's 1st Senate District contains all or portions of 11 counties, including Alpine, El Dorado, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, Sierra, Siskiyou, and Shasta. Also serving deferred areas of Tehama, Butte, Colusa, and Glenn counties.
